Please "zoom" or "magnify" your image on your screen until the image is the size that it might appear on your banner to get a preview of image quality. Vector Artwork (i.e. Adobe Illustrator) can be blown up to any size. All other artwork should meet minumum resolution for good results: ideal minimum 100dpi at actual printed size. Accepted File Formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG, TIF.
PDF or JPG (Hi-res, Hi-quality) are usually the two best choices.
RGB files can print more vibrant. CMYK files are usually more color accurate. Your choice, either works.
If the artwork is ready to print, and the proof (if requested) is approved, we will complete the order according to your chosen turnaround time (3-day or 1-day depending on your choice). We may ship sooner if scheduling allows, and may ship later if your deadline allows it. If you request a proof, the emailing back and forth will delay your project.
Please ADD shipping times to this turnaround time to estimate your project arrival.
Larger projects (quantities over 20) may require additional days to complete.
UPS basic ground service from California (where we're located) varies from 1-6 business days. UPS does offer 3day, 2day and Next Day shipping options if your deadlines are more stringent. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays unless Saturday delivery is specified. Do not count weekends in your delivery timeline as days (business days only).
Please allow the proper leadtimes for time-sensitive projects. We can not be held liable for late projects due to a miscalculation in delivery dates via your chosen shipping method. We recommend that you plan your order carefully to receive of your banner at least a couple of days in advance of your event.

Our standard banners are printed on 14oz fiber reinforced vinyl. The weight is approximately 1 pound for every ten square feet. Very large banners hung on too few grommets may have issues at the mounting points. We grommet approximately every 2-3 feet (unless otherwise instructed by you) to properly distribute the load.
We do offer a mesh material at extra cost that is 50% lighter and less prone to wind issues if mounted mid-air. Call us to discuss specific weight and mounting issues.
Due to variances in displays and lighting conditions, actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Please note that we will try our best to accomodate special color requests but DO NOT color match for less than 100 pieces per order.
Customers with very stringent color matching requirements are encouraged to call the office to request a "color and material sample" for a small fee in advance of their order.
A metal reinforcing ring useful for mounting your banner. They come standard in corners and approximately every two feet unless otherwise specified by you.
See below for more information.
Extra material incorporated into the corners to strengthen the corner stitch and give the corner grommet additional bracing. Though not required for most applications, longer term installations in windy areas or larger banners may benefit from a gusset.

A pole pocket used on the sides of a horizontal banner can be useful for displaying a banner with vertical stakes driven into the ground (dirt, etc). They are also often used on lamp post banners and other vertical banners as mouting points. Lastly they can be used to keep a banner rigid and weighted by inserting poles/rods/sticks made of metal or wood. This allows vertical banners to hang midair with some structural rigidity.
